Green bean dills - canning recipe. Instead of the fresh heads of dill, you can also substitute 2 tsp. dill seeds for each head of dill and instead of hot peppers, use 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper per each quart
Canned Peaches-in a light syrup of 1 C sugar to 1 qt water, heated until the sugar is dissolved. Can add a vanilla bean, cinnamon stick, cloves to the syrup, Peel, pit & slice peaches, load them into the jar packing tightly then ladle in the syrup to 1/2″ from the top of the jar. Add a lid and ring and process for 10 minutes in a water bath.
