Never boil corn again! Want to know the easiest way to cook corn on the cob? Throw it in the oven at 350° for 25-30 minutes. That’s it. Leave the husk on, it will trap in the moisture, leaving you with juicy, tender corn. The husk and silk will peel away easily once it’s cooked. Cut off the large end and it slides right out with no silk. Bonus - keeps more of the nutrients in the corn (no boiling is best).
Perfectly cooked, shaped eggs - and you can bake a whole lot simultaneously: Just grab a muffin tin and and very lightly oil each spot in the tin with either butter or spray oil. Then crack an egg in each muffin area! Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Put on a English muffin, with shredded cheese. Brilliant!

My one good thing is how to save leftover guacamole without it turning brown. All you do is place the guac in the container and spray the top of guacamole with non stick cooking spray and place in the refrigerator. The next day the guacamole will still be green.
Perfect Baked Potato. Heat oven to 350 degrees, wash & dry potatoes in cold water. Poke 8 to 12 holes in each potato with a fork. Place in bowl and cover lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with Kosher salt. Bake on middle rack for 1 hour on cookie sheet (flip after 30 min). NOTE: If you're cooking more than 4 potatoes, you'll need to extend the cooking time by up to 15 min. This is how I always do potatoes and it's amazing. Peel is crispy & flavor is wonderful. Much better than wrapping in foil.
