    Gluten Free Lemonade Scones, Here are the modifications I made for the American market: Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit grease a muffin pan , 3 cups all purpose gluten free flour, 4.5 tsp baking powder, 1.5 tsp salt, 1 cup lemon/lime soda , 1 cup heavy whipping cream, Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly then mix in the wet ingredients until well blended. Batter will be sticky, so I used a greased muffin pan and ignored the part about kneading and cutting. An ice cream scoop worked perfectly for this! Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with jam and enjoy! @Julie Brown
