Also, eat off of a salad plate, because your serving only needs to be as big as your fist. Eat small portions every 2 hours to keep your blood sugar stable.You need to work out for 40 mins. at least to lose weight (sweat). Weight loss journal....I like this idea with a comp book..not sure mine would be as busy but the scrapbooker in me is thinking of ways to make a fun food journal with pics and quotes and such...must try this. I love to handwrite things, not sure tracking on my phone would be my where to make notes and track my feelings and such.
