THIS IS HOW WE CAN STRING LIGHTS SINCE WE CAN'T HANG ANYTHING FROM THE TREES! GENIUS! : Garden-Glow Lanterns No need to bring the party indoors after the sun goes down, even if your yard isn't lit. String up lights to illuminate the festivities. Don't have a place to hang them? Wooden poles anchored in flower buckets filled with garden gravel can be set up anywhere there's level ground, and they help define an outdoor gathering place.

Cute outdoor party lighting ideas - http://www.marthastewart.com/272346/garden-glow We are going to use 5 gallon buckets and wrap them in fabric and tie with a bow, use white pvc pipe instead of wood (goes better with our wedding). And use cement instead of gravel. 1 PVC pipe 1" by 10', one 40lb bag of quikcrete, one bucket = about $9.00, we figure we'll need 9- 12, going to put one in middle, and string from there. - I like the gravel and wood posts better than her description.

Outdoor party with pretty lantern lights; great idea to get posts on sand buckets!

String lights + box benches. This would be cute for an outdoor wedding. It would probably be pretty easy and cheap to build, especially if you recycled old pallets.

So, probably not in so much detail, but we will be having an outdoor movie night next summer.

Use sand filled buckets and wooden posts to string lights around your patio!

Outside Movie Party. A fresh take on the picnic wedding, or you could go for a more glamours look, think movie premier or festival. With a red carpet, paparazzi, champaign under the stars, twinkle lights...oh the ideas are endless.
