Bless This Mess: Eating Clean: 2 week plan. She's made this seem really easy and doable... and all with "normal" food you'd buy at the store! And the 80/20 rule makes perfect sense and is probably my favorite part of the whole thing. Definitely think it's worth a shot :)
Somehow, this board is also clean eating :) Check out Clean Eating Recipes...she has so many meal plans and lists!!! Remember, GPers, clean eating with well cooked produce and white carbs is better than just eating junk. White rice is NOT as bad as chips, and homemade cookies are often healthier than store bought crackers.
