Great idea, but I would cover the spice container with foil or saran before pressing. Cleaner for the cookie and the clean up! Wonderful stuffs: Cute little cookie cups filled with ice cream and topped with homemade magic shell!
Icecream drops: fill a plastic bag with dreyer's ice cream, cut the corner of the bag and squeeze onto a cookie sheet. then re-freeze and store them in the freezer inside a plastic baggie or plasticware, so you always have some on hand
