Microwave Chocolate Peanut Butter & Oat Snack Bars: 2 Tbsp Chocolate Chips 2 to 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter (or other nut butter) 2 Tbsp Milk (or nut milk) (I used vanilla coffee creamer!) 1/2 C Oats Optional: 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Tbsp Sweetener (Brown/White Sugar, Agave, Maple Syrup or Stevia to Taste) 1 Tbsp Other Dry Ingredients (coconut flakes, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, nuts, more chocolate chips, raisins, scoop of protein powder, etc.)

5 ingredient peanut butter granola bars. Why eat store bought when you can make your own and know exactly what's in them! RESULT: good flavor, very versatile ingredients. I added dried cranberries and replaced chia seeds with flax. However, they are kind of dry and crumbly. I added 2 T honey and 2 T PB extra to hold together. I only did 22 minutes, that was almost too long. After cooling crumbled a bit when cutting, but some held together nicely. Needs a bit of work but could be a good recipe!

chocolate covered peanut butter banana bites! 2 large bananas 1/4 cup natural peanut butter 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/4–1/3 cup milk of choice Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper or parchment. Slice bananas into coins about 1/2–3/4 inch thick. Spread a little dollop of peanut butter on top of each one. In a small bowl, combine the chocolate chips and milk. Microwave in 15 second increments until you can whisk them together. You want it to be a dipable consistency, not spreadable. Add a splash more milk if necessary. Dip the banana chunks using a fork as a little chocolate coating forklift, dipping them into the melted chocolate. Place chocolate coated bananas on the prepared sheet and place in freezer until completely frozen (3–5 hours). Remove frozen banana chunks from the sheet and store in a freezer container.

Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 275 degrees for two hours. At the end of hour one flip them over so they bake evenly.
Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips What you will need: 2 apples, Cinnamon Directions: Remove apple core. Thinly slice the entire apple. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place apple slices on it. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 275 for 2 hours. At the end of hour one flip them over. * UPDATE: Check on them at the hour mark and every 30 minutes after that. Once they look nice and crispy take them out. :)

Slide into frying pan and cook for a few minutes on each side, until brown and golden at the edges. Let cool for a minute or two, then slice into wedges and serve dusted with powdered sugar, if desired.
