So, I ran the half marathon last year and am registered again...I'm considering a tattoo...something like this, only a nicer font. Or maybe a little design with it. Not exactly sure yet...I definitely won't do anything until I'm certain though!
meaning if you eat 1000 calories per day you should burn 1000 + 500 = 1500 calories per day to lose 1 lbs of fat per week .. if it sounds a lot to you .. just know that this fat is reduced from your rebellious fat storage .. if it goes it takes too much time to return unlike dieting alone where you lose mainly water and very minimal fat storage !!! I have always considered myself to be tough.....I would love to enter a tough mudder competition when I achieve my weightloss/health goals. I think having the endurance to complete one of these competitions would give me such a self-esteem boost! #toughmudder #tpctop6finalist
