1 can full fat coconut milk 1 cup almond milk 3 TBSP cocoa (or carob) 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp liquid stevia OR 1-3 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, coconut nectar, etc… Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for several hours before enjoying.

Let stand off heat 5 minutes. Drain and rinse. Divide berries and tapioca between 2 tall glasses; fill with crushed ice. Pour in both milks.
