Easiest. Recipe. Ever… and soo good. I doubled the recipe and subbed 3/4 of the milk for half and half and 1/4 milk to thicken a little. Did crab instead of lobster since that's not readily available here and added extra cayenne.
Lobster or Crab Bisque from Food.com: Rich and delicious seafood bisque! I use chicken broth because it's cheap and easy to find, but if you are so inclined, you could use fresh lobster stock or 3 ounces of Glace de Fruits de Mer Gold reconstituted in 4 cups of hot water.

Pumpkin and Shrimp Bisque. CHALLENGERS - this is what I was going for with the sweet potato/shrimp soup. I tried to simplify by using prepared sweet potato soup and just stir in shrimp. Season to your liking. :)
