Pan-Fried Cod w/ Mustard-Caper Sauce. This can be baked or fried. I blended the sauce ingredients (w/ a little extra olive oil, lemon juice. & lemon zest). Then rubbed the 'tarragon pesto' all over the fish.
Fish in White Wine and Lemon Sauce -I only made this with Tilapia. I havent use anchovy paste nor chili paste but (i'll like to try) I add some smoke paprika and instead of Italian parsley I use cilantro oh and much more garlic. Looks elegant, super easy, super good.
Cod Baked in a Tomato and Feta Sauce/We loved this. I did not have fresh parsley or dill so I used dry and cut down on the amount. Did not use the ouzo. Great dinner that I will make again.
