Steaks with Caper-Mustard Vinaigrette
Fish in White Wine and Lemon Sauce -I only made this with Tilapia. I havent use anchovy paste nor chili paste but (i'll like to try) I add some smoke paprika and instead of Italian parsley I use cilantro oh and much more garlic. Looks elegant, super easy, super good.
Skillet Chicken with Mustard Cream Sauce - this is incredibly delicious! Adding this to the dinner rotation! Even my three year old loved it!
