    3 onions 60 ml olive oil salt and pepper to taste 5 big roma tomatoes 400 g feta a handful of fresh basil leaves 300 g cherry tomatoes Place sliced onions with a bit of olive oil in the oven for 30min at 350 F. After 30min add the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and basil. Bake for another 35min and voila!
