1/2 lb Shrimp, medium


1/2 lb Asparagus
2 cloves Garlic
6 Green onions
1/4 cup Green peas, fresh or frozen
1 tbsp Lemon, zest
1/4 cup Parsley
1/2 Red onion, medium
1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes


2 tbsp Lemon juice

Pasta & Grains

1/2 cup Quinoa

Baking & Spices

1 Salt and pepper

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 cup Cashew pieces, roasted

Beer, Wine & Liquor

1/2 cup White wine
