Graham Crackers @Andrea / FICTILIS Nazarie this is as close to my mom's recipe as I've found on here. They were originally made with "Graham Flour" hence the name if you can find it. This recipe mixes white and whole wheat. A true mixture for Graham flour would be 2/3 cup white flour (84g) 15 g wheat bran (slightly less than 1/3 cup) 2 1/2 g wheat germ (1.5 teaspoons) per cup needed :) Good luck!!
Someone brought this to work and thank goodness they shared the recipe. The chocolate frosting was amazing... and I am not much of a chocolate frosting fan. The cheesecake layer was also pretty ridiculous. I'm thinking this might be a mother's day cake.
