According to this chart, I'm right where I should be. However, it also says I could be up to 20 pounds lighter and still be considered healthy? At my height, that would definitely NOT be in good health. For the first time, I'm ditching the scale and focusing on living well in order to feel well. Healthy lifestyles naturally result in a healthy physique.
. . . and then my wife served me, three perfectly cooked eggs, two slices of un- burnt toast, and a cup of coffee without any coffee grounds. Now, we'll see how lunch and dinner go.
