So easy! Shredded squash, Parmesan cheese (in my case, I used cheddar), flour, onion, salt, pepper, cornmeal (I used crushed Ritz Crackers instead!) and 1 egg. Mix it all together and make 4" paddies...just go to the link. It's explained a lot better than I can!!
