    Slow Cooker "Melt in Your Mouth" Pot Roast ~ The meat is juicy and fall-apart tender. The vegetables are cooked just right and are full of flavor. The seasonings are simply spot on and the broth yields a fabulous gravy-like sauce that is divine when poured over everything prior to serving.

    Browned Butter Mashed Potatoes~T~ These are amazing. Sour cream, Romano cheese, garlic, horseradish and of course brown butter.

    Garlic Butter Rice. 1/3 cup butter, 1/2 cup white rice, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 3 cloves minced garlic. Dissolve bouillon cube into 1.5 cups water, add butter and minced garlic. Pour in and cook rice once butter is melted. Add more butter if needed.

    Only four ingredients...chicken breasts, bacon, brown sugar, chili powder. Bake at 350.
