Orange-Push-Up smoothie- orange juice concentrate, 1c of milk, 1/2 to 1c sugar, vanilla, 2c ice. Blend without ice until sugar is dissolved, add ice. (I would use vanilla yogurt instead of rest of ingredients. I made freezer pops with yogurt and oj last summer- yum!
If you look at any “scary” books for kids now they are all colorful and cutesy. The cover art alone is creepy enough to bring on some nightmares. This was THE book to check out from the library in October in elementary school.
