BISCUIT EGG CASSEROLE 1 can of buttermilk biscuits (8 count)- (I used open nature biscuits as pictured but have also used Pillsbury Grands Biscuits) 1 pound of any breakfast sausage roll (browned, drained, and cooled) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 5 eggs, beaten 2 egg whites 3/4 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Jalapeño Popper Grilled Corn Salad. TLC: This was a family favorite! I only used one pepper which was just right for us. My son prefers no cheese so next time I will set a little aside before I add cheese. I can also cut the recipe in half!!!
Grilled cheese sandwiches are so good, and this fried egg grilled cheese sandwich is definitely one that will make any breakfast delicious! I am always thinking of different ways to make breakfast special, and this breakfast sandwich sure does the trick.
