Popcorn cake :). Made this for my four year old niece's bday party. Used half strawberry marshmallows to turn it pink. It was a success. Definitely spray your cake pan with pam because the mixture is just like rice crispy treats and super sticky. I used a plastic knife to loosen from the sides so I wouldn't scratch my pan! Made this for a friend's engagement party..... so delicious! Make sure to have three inch high pans though instead of two (otherwise it will overflow) or make four layers instead of three. Also, allow time for the frosting to soften before frosting. (i always forget that!)
Hannah update: I don't know if it was my brownie mix or if I added too many pretzels, but I added the pretzels and then there wasn't quite enough mix to go on the top. I think I used a thick brownie mix though, so if I do it again I'll use a thin one (or just add more water + oil) to make up for it. Otherwise, delicious!
