Strawberry Shortcake on a Stick. Freeze angel food cake (makes it easier to cut.) Cut in cubes, and alternate it and strawberries on skewers. Serve with whipped cream and/or chocolate sauce. Add blueberries for a 4th of July dessert.

Strawberry shortcake kabob Angel food cake loaf, froze it, and then chopped it into chunks. (It's much easier to chop when it's frozen.) Can use lemon cake/poundcake - also add variety with a pudding and whipped topping mix or melt chocolate and drizzle over the skewer.
