Do every morning before you leave the house. It will start you off with more energy & you'll lose weight! Double score!! Note to self this ones better the other one I do!

Also, eat off of a salad plate, because your serving only needs to be as big as your fist. Eat small portions every 2 hours to keep your blood sugar stable.You need to work out for 40 mins. at least to lose weight (sweat). If you have a craving for something, only eat as much as you need to kill that craving. Plus don't consume sugar drinks.

Good to remember. Lbs and Calories. Great way to determine how much you should burn each week.

Grab your weights and work your arms! I suggest two pairs of dumbbells: one set that is 3-8 pounds and one set that is 10-20 pounds, but use whatever challenges you without forcing you to quit early.

I always do mountain climbers as a sub for jumping jacks- my knees seem to agree with them more!

I just did this :) and can say that if you push through at a good pace it pumps your heart good. I like it for days you can't GO to the gym or need a quick workout (less than 30 min easily)
