tonights fabulous dinner! my changes: skip the oil in the chicken - add the black beans to the shredded chicken in the crock pot - skip the corn (don't need extra carbs & it doesn't add anything in my opinion) & rather than pan fry I baked mine in the over at 350 for abt 5-10 min - also skipped the sauce as I hate miracle whip & the kiddo doesn't dip
Panera Bread's Macaroni and Cheese: cut recipe in half, used 1tbsp cornstarch in 1/4 cup milk added to 1 cup gently boiling milk and 2 tbsp butter, and gluten free pasta. Added a little fontina to the mix of cheeses...super yummy!!!
