used superfine sugar instead of regular sugar. Also . first time making angel food cake NOT out of a betty crocker box... so. It was great... not as light as the box cake ... like when you eat box cake tastes like candy but when you eat this cake it has substance and is still delicious... but imma try a few recipes before i make a full on decision on this one.
