White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Cookies - These are a great fall-ish cookie. I replaced the white chocolate chips with regular semi-sweet ones. I personally think that the white chocolate would have been a bit too sweet. The cookies were more cake-y than I expected, but still tasted great.
