Use paper tape/masking tape to tape the bags to the outside of the door frame, leaving the top open. Button Bowl 1. Glue buttons around a balloon 2. Add a thicker layer of Mod Podge to the outside of the buttons (after they've been glued to the balloon). This will "seal" them together. 3. Let everything dry for 24 hrs. 4. Pop the balloon :)
