Zucchini Chips 4 Ways – The Copper Collective-tried salt and vinegar, and parm. Did not use bread crumbs. Must have sliced too thin because 30 mins was way too long. Keep an eye on them. Great for a chip craving!
prosciutto wrapped asparagus-- one of my fav appetizers! What I do different: drizzle wrapped asparagus in olive oil; slice lemon into thin slices & squeeze some of lemon on asparagus; sprinkle shredded Parm cheese & place lemon slices on top; bake or grill until asparagus is slightly tender but still crispy!
