Body scan of a 250lb vs 120lb woman... Still need motivation to work out?

  • Alexandra Karina Rodriguez~Castro

Body scan of 250 lb woman and 120 lb woman. If this isn't motivation to work out, I don't know what is ! This is not about weighing 120 pounds but about health and longevity and the damage obesity causes. Look at the size of the intestines and stomach; how the knee joints rub together; the enlarged heart; and the fat pockets near the brain. Not good.

Body scan of 250 lb woman and 120 lb woman. If this isn't motivation to work out, I don't know what is! I'm NOT implying that a woman needs to weigh 120 lbs but it is about health and longevity and the damage obesity causes. Look at the size of the intestines and stomach; how the knee joints rub together; the enlarged heart; and the fat pockets near the brain. Not good. This is so disgusting, that after seeing, I stood up and did 10 jumping jacks, to try to free myself of the image. I will definitely be doing more workouts in the future. I know I'm closer to the weight of the 120lb woman, but I certainly don't need to gain any more weight.

5 lbs of fat next to 5 lbs of muscle. Now THAT's Inspiration! And....this certainly explains that stat that says that 2/3's of Americans are overweight and half of those are obese....little muscle and lots of fat.

I'm not losing weight. I'm getting rid of it. I have no intention of finding it again. Preach.

need a little motivation? this should do it.

Smart Health Talk Tip-Been topic on our radio show. Thought past week on how hard to work out (want my body back after stressful period-post menopausal), and how people work hard for someone don't even know, yet aren't willing to work for ourselves. Our body impacts every second of our day, yet we deny ourselves strength, confidence, long term benefits. Fit daily time for you. Love yourself. Get to know you. Start w/ a good look in the mirror w/o your clothes and stop the denial.
