DIY LEGO Travel Box - It turned out super cute! I used this blogger's idea, but Mod Podged the child's name on one side and "Traveling Legos" on the other. I used this box, but upside-down and then used a small slat of wood to cover the hole in the bottom.

Frisbee Tic Tac Toe Get a shower curtain from Dollar Tree and we use cheap tape to make a Tic Tac Toe grid. Set 6 frisbees out and have the kids stand behind a line and see who had the best aim! -->LOVE THIS!

I love this idea. Start a savings shadow box with a picture of what they're saving for. This would also be cool for the kids, to teach them to save for something.

Send a box full of balloons with notes/money inside each one. Won't weigh much to ship! Great for niece and nephew birthdays.

Dry erase marker on the washer for clothes that are inside that shouldn't be dried! Okay...this is brilliant.

Another Pinner said: "This kept my 2 year old busy for an entire hour and my 4 year old busy for 2 hours! YAY! Drop vinegar tinted with food coloring onto a pan filled with baking soda. Sheer minutes of colorful fizzy fun!"

We become what we focus on. @spontanesmiley, this 1's 4 u! #friendsofricki

Simply rub onto greasy stains and the chalk powder will absorb the grease, making the stain easily removable by the laundry soap in the wash.

The ONLY stain remover that actually worked on a seriously set in stain! I am never buying oxyclean again. * must remember to try this*

Another good thing to use is baking soda. It neutralizes the ph in the soil and nothing will grow there. I use baking soda in a 6" wide area around all of the edges of my flower beds to keep the grass and weeds from growing into my beds. Just sprinkle it onto the soil so that it covers it lightly. I usually have to do this twice a year - spring and fall.
