Simple 2-day cleanse - I've done this cleanse, and I find it really gets me to feeling better after a period of bad eating, like when you get home from a vacation. It is simple, and you get your nutrients. Not to mention, it is only for two days, so you can easily do it on a weekend while you can rest.
