Freeze and Preserve Herbs in Olive Oil by thekitchn: This works well with firm, hard herbs like rosemary, sage, thyme and oregano with the added bonus of infusing the oils with flavor. #Herbs_Olive_Oil #thekitchn
Idaho Sunrise (Baked Eggs & Bacon In Potato Bowls)
1 baked potato 1 Tbsp butter 2 eggs 2 strips bacon, cooked. 2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped. salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the middle of each "bowl". Then gently break an egg into each "bowl", careful not to break the yolk. Top with bacon, cheese, parsley, and then season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 min.
From the original pin: I put a few Tbsp of olive oil in a ziploc with some salt and pepper and the broccoli and shake. Then spread on a cookie sheet and spread minced garlic over it and roast at 425 deg F for 20-25 minutes.
Roasted Garlic. Here's how: cut tops off of cloves (as in picture), place each head in one compartment on a muffin tin, pour 2 tbsp olive oil on top of each head, add fresh cracked pepper and maldon sea salt, cover lightly with aluminum foil, bake for 1 hour at 400°F. Spread on french bread or eat plain. So good.
#DIY Infused Olive Oils - actually from my recipe board, although I want to make a rosemary infused olive oil for some of the skin care products (I have LOTS of fresh rosemary)! Great post!!! "Check it Out
