Last summer 3 was my short run. With this year being my half marathon year I am pretty sure at least 4 if not 6 will be my short run.

Skinny is not sexy. Health is. One day those will be my abs ;)

the less you eat sweets, the less you crave them. when you want sugar, your body is literally begging you for protein! SO true I haven't eaten sweets or drank pop in MONTHS and I have no desire to even try them when they're around.

In my opinion, focus on getting better makes things easier. Focus on finding things easier, things often get worse.

push yourself, no one else is going to do it for you. i think this one actually got me to do my work out after all, tonight.simple but so true

Set your alarm for 6am. Don’t groan when it goes off, get up and start your day. Cut up some fruit and mix it in with yogurt. Stretch for 10 minutes. Skip for 5 minutes. Jog for 10 minutes. Run for 10 minutes. Do 50 crunches. When you’re done, get in the shower. Use a nice smelling shampoo and matching conditioner. Get out of the shower and let your hair air dry. Look in the mirror. Do you like what you see? If you do, good for you. Do this every day and you will continue to love yourself.
