Pork Chop Supreme 4 Pork chops 4 thinly sliced medium potatoes 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom 1/4 cup milk salt and pepper to taste Brown pork chops in 1/4 cup oil then drain. Slice potatoes into a medium casserole dish in even layer. Place pork chops over potatoes, combine onion soup mix and cream of mushroom and milk, pour over top of pork chops.
