Crockpot Balsamic Roast Beef French Dip Sandwiches 1 3-4 pound boneless roast beef (chuck or round roast) 1 cup beef broth ½ cup balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon honey ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes 4 cloves garlic, chopped - throw it all in a crockpot & cook. When I made this it was a bit dry and sweet for my liking, so next time I will use 3 1/4 cups of milk, reduce sugar to 1/2 cup, and use a little less cinnamon, then maybe try and add a handful of raisins. (Only took 2 hrs on high with my crockpot.) Carolyn
