Pizza Puffs... I made these with GF Bisquick. Used the pizza crust recipe on the box, added a little more water to make it the consistency of pancake batter. Added 1tsp Italian seasonings, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 cup parmesan & 1/2 cup mozzarella, and pepperoni. Delicious! Prior Pinner says "Mini Pizza "Cupcakes" Be sure to use the mini muffin pans. I used a regular sized pan and the had to bake longer and got darker than they should. I would definitely make these again, but they're really best served fresh out of the oven...not a good re-heat."
