How to get marbleized cupcakes: Make cake mix according to box and divide batter. Put 3/4 in one bowl and 1/4 in the other bowl. Color with your two colors (I use food color gels so they don’t change the consistency of my batter or frosting too much) Spoon the larger amount into cupcake liners, filling each about half-way. Spoon the smaller amount in circles on top and use a skewer or knife to swirl the colors together. SUPER FUN!

Another pinner said: Kids birthday ice cream cupcakes! I just used store-bought tubs of icing(except I made the green), filled ziploc bags, cut the corner off, and piped on the icing. It works in a pinch! I used gumdrops instead of gum balls and used cookie icing for the "chocolate syrup" because it has that drippy look. These are so easy and cute!! Big hit!!

Beer Cupcakes... *~I made the Blue Moon cupcakes. I used a box of cake mix and instead of the water, I used the beer. It set up well and had good flavor. I squeezed a bit of fresh orange juice into buttercream icing for a finish. They were a hit!~*
