    Croque Monsieur: Ingredients ― butter; flour; milk; salt; pepper; nutmeg; Gruyere; Parmesan; croissants; Dijon; ham. Instructions ― Heat oven to 400°F. Make a bechamel sauce; add equal amounts of Gruyere and Parmesan; set aside. Halve and toast croissants; brush ½ of each croissant with Dijon, add a slice of ham; sprinkle with ½ the remaining Gruyere; cover with another piece of toasted bread. Top with bechamel sauce, sprinkle with remaining Gruyere; bake; broil. Serve. #Paris #CroqueMonsieur
