THM PayDay Candies *1/4 C Erythritol* 2 T butter* 1/8 tsp stevia extract* 2 T cream 1/8 tsp caramel* extract* Melt first two ingredients in a saucepan.* Add remaining ingredients,* cook until desired caramel color, stirring often.* Take off heat and add:* 2 tsp all natural peanut butter* Dash of salt* 1/2 to 3/4 C peanuts* Stir well. Recipe for hot, cinnamon vanilla tea. Fill one small pot with water and boil. Turn heat to low/medium-low. Mix in a tablespoon of ground cinnamon (saigon), a few drops of vanilla extract and sugar to taste. Put in 3 tea bags and let steep for 10-15 min. Stir often.

Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup (THM-E) 16 oz frozen or fresh cauliflower 6 cups Chicken broth 2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Swiss 1 tsp glucomannan powder (I use this one) 2 cups chopped carrots 2 cups chopped celery 1 onion, diced or sliced ½ cup Wild Rice 1 tsp thyme 2 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 2 to 3 cups cooked diced chicken breast.
