Dreamy Nighttime Drink: 1 cup milk, 1 tsp honey, 2 drops vanilla extract, 1 pinch ground cinnamon. Pour milk into a microwave safe mug and place into microwave. Cook on High until the milk is very hot and begins to foam, about 3 minutes. Stir in honey and vanilla, then sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

THM VANILLA COCONUT MIM 2 tbsp butter melted 2 tbsp coconut flour 1 egg 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp gluc 1 or 2 tsp vanilla extract 10 or more drops of liquid stevia or 1/2 to 1 tsp THM Sweet Blend (taste) A sprinkle of salt Spray a coffee mug well. Melt butter for 30 sec. Add all ingredients (egg last). Mix well. Microwave for 1 min. Dump out.

Magical Coffee, Trim Healthy Mama Style--Sound good, but I'm still nervous about using so much stevia.

Shrinker: Steep 4 Oolong tea bags in a mug; put in blender w/ 1/2 c 30 calorie almond milk, pinch salt, 2 tsp vanilla, stevia to taste, 2 tsp cinnamon cayenne pepper to taste. Put in 2 qt jar add to fill. Enjoy!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake THM S 4 T Butter 1/2 c Truvia 3 eggs 1 1/2 c shredded zucchini 2 tsp vanilla 1/3 c coconut flour 1/3 c almond flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 2 Tbs cocoa pwd 1/4 c sugar free choco chip heat oven 375 Blend in blender Pour into a 9x9 pan. Bake30-35 mins til middle is just set. Cool to frost. Frosting 1/2 C heavy cream 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder 4 tbs truvia sweetener powdered 1 tsp vanilla Mix in blender til thickened.. Store in fridge.
