Interesting. . . a calculator that tells you the best times to fall asleep depending on what time you need to wake up in the morning- based on sleep cycles. I really love my sleep! (I looked it up for tonight - I missed the first one which would have had me sleeping 9 hours and so the next one has me sleeping 7 hours)
Weight is just a number. A pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat, but fat takes up 4 times as much room. And muscle burns fat. As you do strength exercises and tone your muscles you will be gaining pounds (new muscle), but as you do cardio and burn fat you will look like you should be going down on the scale.
