This is probably the best fitness pin I've found. It goes into detail about the female body, and explains how we should train and diet in order to become lean and fit. I am going to do this workout this afternoon, as my gym doesn’t open till 6pm on Sunday’s (from 8am to 1pm then 6-8pm), and wanna do something now. I can do these all at home too, which is great!

Efficient work out. Similar to circuit training, which always did wonders for me. Especially after babies, when weight loss was needed.

I've lost 9lbs in 2 Weeks and can't tell at all when I look in the mirror. My Jeans are definitely looser though! I must remember this!
