The Jack-O-Lantern Cocktail 1 oz Hennessy VSOP Cognac 1 1/2 oz Orange Juice 1/2 oz Ginger Ale 1/2 oz Grand Marnier orange wheel and lime twist for garnish Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, strain into a lowball glass over ice. Float an orange wheel with a lime twist poked into the top. Enjoy
Green eyes: my fave cocktail made with Midori melon liquer. MIDORI (1oz), Malibu Rum (1oz), Cream of coconut (1/2oz), fresh Lime Juice (1/2oz) and Pineapple Juice (1 1/2oz). Pour ingredients over ice into a glass, and stir gently. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Blackberry and Tequila 5 blackberries 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice Crushed ice (See YumSugar's tip for an easy way to crush ice at home.) 1/2 ounce agave nectar 1/2 ounce of crème de mûre (blackberry-flavored liqueur) 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
MELLON BALL MARGARITA Ingredients 2 oz. Patron Reposado Tequila ½ oz. Melon Liquor 1 oz. Fresh Honeydew Melon 1 oz. Sweet and Sour Splash of Rose Lime Juice Juice or Blend ½ oz. of a honeydew melon and slice the rest into wedges for garnishing. Rim your margarita glass. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake 8 – 10 times. Strain into a Margarita Glass. Garnish with a honeydew melon wedge and enjoy.
