    Raspberry Cheesecake Popsicles 1 (8 oz.) light cream cheese 1/4 cup light sour cream 1/2 cup stevia 1/3 cup milk (unsweet Almond) 1/2 tsp Raspberry Extract 3/4 cup fresh/frozen raspberries (any berry) 6 graham crackers 2 Tbsp butter In food processor, add all except berries. blend. Add berries, pulse. Pour in molds, leave 1" @ top for crust (no molds, use paper cups & popsicle sticks). In processor add graham crackers add melted butter blend. Add crust on popsicles. Insert sticks. Freeze.
