Ultimate Beach Cupcakes - Thinking this is   the design for the water carnival cupcakes for next week, except I'm skipping   the blue sugar because i think it looks nasty.  Will probably just dye all the   frosting blue then cover up half with "sand".  Ordered gumballs, umbrellas, and   fruit stripe gum.  (Who knew they still made it???)  Also putting gummy bears on   the "chairs"
