I'm not advocating the juicer, but by eliminating CRAP from your diet and eating FOOD, you will cut your risk of many cancers, of dementia, and diabetes AND maintain a healthy weight. Who doesn't want that?
I gave myself a 3 min break between circuits and had to build in a few 15 second breaks in the second circuit. Oh, and I had to do girl push ups. The goals are to get rid of the extra breaks, build the jump roping up to a minute and get to real push ups.
