Roasted Figs with Gorgonzola and Liberte Blackberry Yogurt

12 Figs, ripe fresh
1/2 tsp Rosemary, fresh


2 Tblsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tblsp. honey

Baking & Spices

1/8 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Oils & Vinegars

4 Tblsp. extra virgin olive oil

Bread & Baked Goods

1 Baguette


1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
1 Liberte blackberry yogurt

Roasted Purple Cabbage with Gorgonzola preheat oven to 425° slice cabbage into 1/2 inch slices and brush both sides with olive oil. roast for 25-30 minutes until edges start to brown. top with a few sprinkles of gorgonzola and roast for about 5 more minutes until cheese starts to bubble. Top with cracked pepper and enjoy!

Irish Spiced Fruitcake (no candied fruit, nice spices per Lana, who found this cake in an Irish cookbook........) looks like yum to me!

Gorgonzola Garlic Bread. I'd prolly toast the bread with a little evoo and Smoke House, add roasted red peppers, or maybe asparagus, but, that's just me. This is good. ~
