      These are by far the best sausage balls ever made. What makes these sausage balls so good? The secret ingredient is cream cheese. The cream cheese keeps the sausage balls very moist and tender. We used hot sausage to give the sausage balls a little kick, but regular sausage would work well too. Bring these to your next tailgate party - you won't be sorry!     The Original Bisquick Sausage Balls 1 pound hot sausage 8 oz cheese whiz 3 cups Bisquick 1/2 cup milk Mix all ingredients together with mixer fitted with dough hook. Shape into balls. At this point you can freeze the balls and bake later. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.

    Buffalo Chicken Meatballs- didn't use this recipe... Made it like a meatball... Ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, minced onion, black pepper and franks buffalo sauce... Baked in oven 30 min flipping half way.. Last 5 min dip in buffalo sauce and return to pan... Dip in ranch or blue cheese... Yummy!!!
