Recycled Bird Feeder......going to use as a VBS craft!! Grades from 2nd-6th did this craft. I let them use glitter glue on the bottle instead of painting things on. Had to do some "tweaking" but it came out ok

This is a beautiful, unique, and rustic one of a kind, hand-crafted bird feeder. It is sculpted pine with a rustic and durable slate base. Built to last for years, it makes a beautiful addition to any yard or garden. The wine bottle shown is included; the bottle can be replaced with any 750 ml wine bottle by simply adjusting the copper coil to fine tune the height. Bird seed not included. This bird feeder is designed to hang on a wall, post, fence, or tree with included hardware.

I also made some strings of popcorn and sunflower seeds to hang in our bushes. Birds love popcorn apparently (not microwave popcorn though because that has too much salt and butter etc).

Seed & gelatine bird feeders: lovely idea for Southern Hemisphere #Christmas #decoration

Boil 1 envelope unflavored gelatin in 1/4 c. Water and dissolve, let cool 1 min., stir in 3/4 c. Bird seed and fill cookie cutters on waxed paper 1/2 full, cut twine and tie a knot to form loop place knot on seeds and fill top of cookie cutter to cover. Press to fill. Dry overnight and slip out of cookie cutter. Too cute! Fun to do with the kids or grand kids!
