Ham, Potatoes, And Green Beans Recipe - I sauteed the onion first, then added the ham and sauteed that.  Then I added water, potatoes, green beans, a little apple cider vinegar, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.  Had some corn on the cob and kale in the fridge, so I put that in too.  This was good comfort food!  And it was a great way to use garden green beans.
