    Cherry Blossoms around DC-- they're not blooming yet, but should be next week! (April 1, 2013). I love when the city is awash in pink!

    It's cherry blossom festival time in DC! It's currently snowing, and the National Park Service bumped back their "peak bloom" prediction to early April, so we'll have to wait a few days longer to watch these lovely trees bloom in full around the National Mall and tidal basin!
